PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
Experiential Residency Sessions 
Our workshops are far from the traditional model of listening to hours of PowerPoint-driven monologues. We engage participants through a wide range of varied exercises and experiences, making learning real, personal and lasting. 
Action Learning Projects 
We take development outside of the classroom, putting your high-potential leaders to work solving critical, real-world business issues. These action learning projects build upon the learning and preparation provided via classroom interactive simulations. Groups of high-potential leaders and mentors analyze a strategic business challenge/opportunity and develop a real world solution with clear implementation plans to deliver bottom-line impact. 
Individual Coaching
All participants receive personal executive coaching driven by the results of their assessments, an open dialogue with their managers and their personal aspirations and career vision with your organization. Our proprietary Integrative Action Coaching methodology builds self-coaching abilities, increases self-awareness and supports critical reflection and experimentation, accelerating performance while driving business results. 
Shadowing & Rotational Assignments 

Shadowing, or short-term observation of leaders in the organization, and the rotation of high-potential leaders across disciplines, divisions, and geographies are two impactful experiential elements of the HiPo Acceleration program. Less than half* of organizations use rotational or developmental assignments as a regular component of their leadership development package. In contrast, more top-performing organizations use use this tool to develop leaders with a more diverse base of experience and wider-ranging perspectives to deliver future business success.
Personality & Leadership Assessments
