PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
BEFORE 

You are welcomed into the program with a package of digestible articles and videos to prime you're thinking and introspection around coaching others. You complete a guided self-study of your leadership and career. Direct reports, peers, superiors, and clients/customers complete a personalized assessment of the your leadership effectiveness based on critical behaviors proven essential for success. You also share your leadership goals and goals for the program. You are also tasked with holding a guided conversation about your learning and leadership goals with your supervisor. We provide participants with an agenda and talking points for this conversation.
DURING

For three days, you engage with highly-qualified coaching facilitators in an interactive, hands-on coaching learning experience.

• Introduction and extensive practice of CLG’s evidence-based framework for effective coaching—CAID (Context, Action, Impact, Decision)
• Robust individual feedback from one of our expert coaches on your assessment results 
• Extensive master coach-led and peer-to-peer coaching throughout the whole program 
• Highly experiential and participant-focused learning interactions 
• Exploration of coaching dynamics through progressively more challenging coaching sessions with feedback from master coaches, peers, based on video review 
• Experimentation with new behaviors in a safe and supportive environment 
• Continual networking fosters lasting connections
• Creation of your personal coaching development plan and on-the-job action plan
AFTER

• Apply your on-the-job action plan to drive higher performance through peers and direct reports 
• Get back to work with a stronger understanding and strategy of YOUR most effective coaching style and philosophy
• Receive one 60-minute virtual coaching session with a CLG Master Coach to tackle on-the-job application 
• Experiment with applying new behaviors 
• Experience ongoing Peer Support through CLG’s coaching forum 
• Take action on your personal coaching development plan
• Participants have continual access to program and post-program materials, as well as facilitators and other participants as resources for ensuring they're applying their learning on the job most effectively.

Ongoing support includes:

• An online portal with resources and support focused on your needs
• Access to eLearning resources to support your learning on the job including books, podcasts, articles and quick-reference checklists and tools
